Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If you still haven't received your order after 14 business days please contact us.

If you live outside the UK processing and shipping times will vary.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Damages or faulty goods
If you received your order damaged or faulty, please contact us.

We can help you with your damaged or faulty item. Please keep all packaging and items when you contact us. We will need proof of damage or fault. If we believe your item is damaged/faulty we can get you a refund (see returns and refunds policy) or a new item.
